RTA partners with Good to Great to improve technology solutions and processes for SMEs

Real-Time Analytics (RTA), a technology company specializing in business and data management software solutions, is formally partnering with Good to Great to bring a new approach to optimize operations management for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam.

In 2019, RTA had the opportunity to work with Good to Great, a company that specializes in providing consulting services to SMEs on operationalizing and applying technology solutions in their businesses. After realizing that both companies have similar business views, RTA and Good to Great decided to move forward with cooperation. Good to Great will be responsible for developing a consulting process for implementing industry 4.0 to optimize costs and resources for SMEs, while RTA is in charge of implementing software and systems and adjusting the designs according to specific requests for each customer.

RTA’s software in question, Real-Time Workspace (rtWork) was launched in 2016 as a centralized business operations management software for domestic SME customers. RTA’s extensive background in working with large foreign businesses and international organizations from over 17 different countries will contribute to the impact of the partnership.

The formula for success is to implement processes and technology in business operations management. That way, companies can enhance competitiveness by optimizing costs, increasing efficiency and creating resources for the future. By applying rtWork software in data and operations management, companies with hundreds of employees and thousands of collaborators but only a few key management personnel will be able to track everyone. All operations can run on current computer and mobile devices in a user-friendly manner under high data security.

RTA has already developed many modules within rtWork that are specific and suitable for business management. Several popular modules include customer relationship management, human resources management, telesales, task management, customer service, inventory management, etc. Thus far, Good to Great has consulted with and deployed RTA’s rtWork software for many SME clients in Hanoi, Hai Duong, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Tri Provinces.
